The EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016) enters into force on May 25, 2018 and sets forth the rules on the protection of natural persons in regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (Art. 1, no. 1 of the Regulation).
Nova Cimnor has access, under the agreement entered into with its customers, to data of natural persons, specifically the name, taxpayer number, and address.
These personal data are essential for us to give you the best of our services and for invoicing purposes, not being used for any other purposes.
Consequently, your personal data may be forwarded to Administrative Authorities when required by law, namely the Tax Authority.
During the provision of our services or when required to be invoiced or enforced by the Tax Authority, the personal data to which we have access will be retained in a way that preserves your confidentiality, only being known to the persons who process the data.
